Combine all ingredients in a nonmetallic container.
I use a drinking glassCket.
Refrigerator for 24 hours.
Remove fat from pan and roll into 4-cylinder, 1 1 / 2 to 2 inches.
Wrap in aluminum foil shiny side with the meat.
Punch small holes on one side and in a fry pan with holes to allow the liquid to drain.
Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1 / 2 hours.
Remove rewrap in aluminum and plastic.
Ready to use or freeze.
