It depends on what tribe you are. Doggie Cherokees have almost no blood quantum requirements - why it is so many of them. Nevertheless, the federal government recognize only 1 / only 4 goals bloods forgiven. If you find that your tribe like Cherokee, and tribal scholarship office can help you.
