Check out my profile and say, "About Me", then go to the first connection ... Time meal plans and buy only the food itself. I lost 50 pounds in 8 weeks this ... and maintained. It will also tell you how often to train. Much cheaper than eating shit, and also their health and not packed as dog food ... no diet that is being sent is the same.
Exercise helps more calories you have now!
