I level of your Pokemon a bit more. Here are my thoughts for your Pokemon:
Snorlax and Tauros elements are normal and can overcome any problems with the anti-type (Focus Punch, Mega Punch / kick)
Metagross is made of steel, they hit a wave of fire (flame throwers, explosions, fire).
Gengar is vulnerable to attack by poison mental element.
Latios and Latias will Sharpedo's Crunch / Ice Beam will be taken, but it needs to be upgraded in situ.
SCIA is in the 50 and 40 years have Pokemon 45_60
To lift at least 52 Jolteon
Pupitar to increase it to lv 55, which will evolve
Elevate Breloom LV 51
Sharpedo collect at least 51
Camerupt LV 50
